1. Scope of Service Included in Plan

Our single All-In-One Plan starts with an initial $336 payment for Year 1 ($28/mo equivalent billed upfront for the first 12 months) and includes:

• Custom Website Development (Multiple pages tailored to your business needs)

• Free Subdomain allocation

• 24/7 Cloud Hosting

• SSL Certificate installation and management

• Daily Automated Backups

• Malware Protection & Security Monitoring

• Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) setup

• Managed Content Updates (text/image tweaks)

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated strictly based on project initiation. You are eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees) on your initial $336 payment only if custom website setup or development work has not yet commenced.

Once server provisioning, subdomain configuration, or custom design work has officially started, the initial $336 payment becomes 100% non-refundable to cover initial infrastructure setup and developer labor.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

• Monthly Subscription Renewal (Year 2 Onward): Following your initial 12-month period, your plan automatically transitions to a $28/month subscription billed on a monthly basis to maintain uninterrupted access to your 24/7 hosting, SSL security, daily backups, malware protection, and ongoing site maintenance.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time by emailing webkinnemail@gmail.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your site will remain active through the end of your current paid billing cycle (whether within Year 1 or during active monthly billing). No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days or months.

4. Content Updates & Scope

• Included Content Updates: Content updates under this plan cover managed text edits, image swaps, or basic business detail adjustments (such as updating hours, location, or contact info) on your existing web page.

• Out-of-Scope Work: Building new pages, adding major functional features, custom application logic, or complete site redesigns fall outside basic maintenance and are quoted as separate projects.

5. Billing Disputes & Support

We are committed to resolving any issues directly and quickly. If you have any billing questions or technical issues regarding your site:

Please note: Merchant verification and payment processing are fulfilled securely through LemonSqueezy.

6. Promotional Terms (“Free Website Development”)

Custom website development is included at no additional labor charge strictly as part of the initial $336 Year 1 plan purchase. Website files and designs are tied to active hosting services and will not be released or transferred separately if the plan is canceled prior to setup completion or refunded under Section 2.
