Do I pay anything now?
No. You pay the full first-year plan only when your site is built and ready to launch: ₱10,788 for one page or ₱16,788 for two to nine pages.
What if I do not have a domain?
You can use a free yourbusiness.webkinn.com subdomain. If you want your own domain, registration and renewal fees are separate and the domain is registered in your name.
What should I prepare?
Your business details, logo, images, existing content, domain status and a clear idea of what the site should do. A Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive link is the easiest way to share assets.
How long does it take?
We confirm a delivery window in writing after we review your brief. Timing depends on the number of pages and how quickly you provide content and feedback.
What if I need more than 9 pages?
Send the brief anyway. Larger projects are quoted separately after we review the scope.
Is support included?
No. The first-year plan covers hosting and infrastructure maintenance only. It does not include a help desk, content edits or new features.
Is on-page SEO included?
Yes. Basic on-page SEO setup is included free with standard builds: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal links, an XML sitemap, robots.txt and relevant structured data. We do not sell ongoing SEO, content marketing, backlinks or ranking services, and we do not promise rankings, traffic or sales.
What happens after I submit?
We review the brief and reply by email if we need anything else. If it is a fit, we confirm the scope, price and delivery window in writing before we start building.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before launch, you can cancel for a full refund. After launch, the first-year plan is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.
