Accessibility
What we have done, what we are still working on, and how to get help if something blocks you.

Our commitment
Webkinn wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, voice control or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the pages we control.
This is a target and an ongoing process, not a claim of perfect conformance. We test the site and fix issues as we find them.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main landmark, a skip link and a logical heading order.
- Visible keyboard focus styles and controls that work without a mouse.
- Form labels, field-level error messages and a summary alert that can receive focus.
- Colour combinations checked for normal-text and large-text contrast.
- Text that can be resized and reflowed without horizontal scrolling at 320 CSS pixels, except for data tables where scrolling is contained.
- Decorative graphics marked as hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images have text alternatives.
- Support for
prefers-reduced-motion: the 3D hero and reveal animations stop when that setting is on. - No autoplaying audio or video, no flashing content and no time-limited forms.
- Native dialog elements with focus management for the project popup and mobile menu.
- A no-JavaScript fallback that keeps the content readable and offers a direct email address. The forms themselves require JavaScript; email is the alternative.
How we test
We combine automated checks with manual review. Automated testing cannot catch every barrier, so we also check keyboard order, focus visibility, zoom, reduced motion, form errors and screen-reader names on key flows.
Our checks cover the marketing pages, the project popup, the full project form, the contact form, the mobile menu and the legal pages. We re-test after significant design or code changes.
Known limitations
- Third-party payment pages are not controlled by us. If a payment provider's page has an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will help you complete the payment another way.
- The 3D hero is decorative. It is hidden from assistive technology and disabled for reduced-motion users. No information is available only in 3D.
- Older browsers may not support every modern CSS feature. The content remains readable, but some visual refinements may be missing. We do not claim support for every browser or device.
- User-supplied documents attached to an email or linked from a third-party drive are outside our control. We can provide an accessible alternative for project material on request.
- Email and payment providers have their own interfaces and accessibility statements. We cannot guarantee their compliance.
Feedback and help
If you meet a barrier on this site, please tell us. Include the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology you used, and what happened. Email webkinnemail@gmail.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.
We will review the issue and respond by email. If a form is the barrier, you can send your enquiry directly to the same address and we will process it without the form. If a payment page is the barrier, we will discuss an alternative payment method.
We do not provide a general help desk or a response-time guarantee, but we do take accessibility reports seriously.
