Form Consent Notice
A short, specific notice for the contact and project forms. No marketing lists, no sale of data.
Last updated: · Version 1.0
Why you are seeing this
When you submit a form on webkinn.com, you are giving us personal information. This notice explains, at the point of collection, what we do with it. It is a short companion to the Privacy Policy, not a replacement for it.
We ask for consent before you send a project brief or contact message. The consent box is not pre-ticked, and you can use the site without submitting a form.
What the forms collect
Contact form: your name, email address, optional business name, your message, the page you submitted from, the time, a reference number, and consent status.
Project brief: your name, email address, business name, optional current website, the service and page count you select, domain status, launch timing, your goals, optional links to assets, the page you submitted from, the time, a reference number, and consent status.
Please do not include passwords, card numbers, government identification, health information or other sensitive data in a form or email. If you need to share files, use a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive link. We do not need access to your bank account or payment credentials.
What we use it for
We use form data to:
- read and respond to your enquiry;
- decide whether the project is a fit and prepare a quote;
- confirm scope, price and delivery details if you become a client;
- keep a record of consent and correspondence; and
- protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your details, or use your project brief to train advertising models. We do not make automated decisions about you.
The lawful basis
Where consent is the basis, you give it by ticking the box and submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing webkinnemail@gmail.com, but that does not affect processing that already happened.
Some processing is also necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform a contract if you become a client. We may also rely on legitimate interests to respond to a business enquiry and keep basic records, balanced against your rights. Where the law requires consent for a specific transfer, we will ask separately.
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, to our email inbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Our website is hosted by Hostinger. If you become a client, payment and invoicing are handled by the payment provider identified on your invoice or payment link. Domain registration may involve a registrar.
These providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where required, we rely on their contractual transfer safeguards. We do not sell form data or share it for advertising.
See the sharing section of the Privacy Policy for the full list and purposes.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become a project, we normally keep it for up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it. If you become a client, project and invoice records are normally kept for up to six years after the project or final renewal, or longer where tax and accounting law requires.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner. We may need to keep a minimal record of a request or a legal obligation, and we will explain if that applies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for future processing. Email webkinnemail@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
You can also complain to the Philippines National Privacy Commission or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority. The Privacy Policy explains the full set of rights and how we verify requests.
Security and spam
Forms are submitted over HTTPS. We use a hidden anti-spam field and may use the form provider's spam checks. We do not ask for payment details in a form. Email is not a perfectly secure channel; please do not send sensitive information by email or form.
If you think a message claiming to be from Webkinn is suspicious, contact us at webkinnemail@gmail.com before clicking any link or paying anything.
Consent version
Version 1.0 — 20 October 2026. The forms record the version of this notice in force at the time of submission. If we make a material change, we will update the version and, where required, ask for consent again.
This notice is provided for transparency. It is not a contract and does not replace the Terms & Conditions.
