01 — Website design
We start with the business, not a theme. The design covers structure, typography, colour, imagery and page layouts, with mobile and accessibility considered from the beginning.
Design is included in the first-year plan. There is no separate design fee.
02 — Website development
We turn the design into a working website: responsive layouts, accessible components, working forms, performance-minded assets and a deployment that we test before launch.
Custom features and integrations are quoted separately after we review the scope.
03 — Hosting
Your site is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure. We enable the hosting features that are available on the plan, including SSL, CDN, backups, malware scanning and Hostinger server monitoring.
Hosting features depend on the Hostinger plan. There is no separate uptime guarantee.
04 — Maintenance
Infrastructure maintenance only. We keep the SSL, backups, malware scanning and Hostinger server monitoring in order. We do not provide a help desk, content edits, design changes or a response-time service level.
Need content changes or new features? We can quote them separately. They are not part of the plan.
05 — Website redesign
If your current site no longer fits the business, we can rebuild it with the same monthly launch rates. We can often keep your domain and reuse content you already own.
A redesign is priced the same as a new build: ₱899/month for one page or ₱1,399/month for two to nine pages, with a first-year total of ₱10,788 or ₱16,788. Larger scopes are custom.

Basic on-page SEO setup is included free on standard builds. We do not sell ongoing SEO, content marketing, backlinks, advertising or ranking services, and we do not promise rankings or traffic.
We do not provide a support desk or a response-time service level. The plan covers infrastructure maintenance only.
Content edits, design changes and new features are not included. They can be quoted separately.
We do not publish invented reviews, borrowed case studies or logos we have not earned.
Domain registration, renewal fees, taxes and payment-provider fees are separate. We say so up front.
A website is not a guarantee of traffic, leads or sales. We build the site; we do not promise the outcome.

We check the scope and come back by email if anything is missing or unclear.
You get a working site, not a mockup that never ships.
We send the finished site for your review before payment is due.
We send a secure payment link or invoice for the first-year hosting and maintenance plan.
Once payment clears, we run final checks and deploy your site. No auto-renewal.
No payment is collected on this website. We do not auto-charge, and we do not take card details through this site.
